Reuse of data in e-forms about medical devices

It is possible to save and reuse data you may have entered in our e-forms.

You can use this feature to submit an initial report and then you can reuse the data from the initial report to submit a follow-up or final report.

At the top of the form, you will find the Save and Load functions

Save the form’s contents on your hard drive

With this function you can fill in parts of the form and save it as a file on your computer. When you save the form, the entered data will be saved on your computer in the same folder as the form. Note that the form cannot be submitted with this function. The form is saved on your computer, which allows you to complete the form later. To submit the form, click the "Submit" button at the bottom. Subsequently, you cannot make changes to the submitted form. To submit the form you need to be connected to the internet.

You can save the form in three different ways:

Contents only (XML)

This method will save the contents of the form in an XML file. You can load this file into the form at a later time (both online and offline).

Blank form (HTML)

This method will only save the template of the form. Any information you may have entered will not be saved. You can load a valid XML file into the blank form at any time.

Form with contents (HTML)

When you select this method, the form and any information you may have entered will be saved in one single file.

Load saved form from your own hard drive

If you previously saved a form on your own computer using the disk icon, you can use this function to reload the contents of the form. It allows you to complete the contents before you click the "Submit" button of the form.
