Doctors' and dentists' relationships with pharmaceutical companies
Doctors and dentists are obliged to apply for permission if they prescribe medicine to patients during the practice of their profession, or if they are chief medical officers who can significantly affect what other doctors prescribe and at the same time wish to:
- be associated with a pharmaceutical company
- be employed at a pharmaceutical company
- run a pharmaceutical company.

In accordance with section 3(2) of the Danish Pharmacy Act, the Danish Medicines Agency has granted the following persons permission to be associated with a pharmaceutical company.
