Lists
All euphoriant substances that are subject to control in Denmark are listed in Annex 1 to the Danish executive order on euphoriant substances. See lists of euphoriant substances.
Inspection
Companies authorised to handle euphoriant substances are controlled by the Danish Health and Medicines Authority on an ongoing basis. Inspections are carried out pursuant to the current executive order on euphoriant substances.
Import and export
Import and export of euphoriant substances require both a company authorisation and a special authorisation (a certificate) for each transaction. See Import and export.
Activities
Every year in January, companies must submit an account of their activities during the past calendar year. See Activities.
Destruction
Companies which are authorised to handle euphoriant substances and which are not under the Danish state must apply for authorisation of destruction of substances from schedules A, B and C. See Destruction.
