Amendment of executive order on euphoriant substances

As of 27 October 2011, the substances below are included in annex 1 to executive order no. 557 of 31 May 2011 on euphoriant substances issued by the Danish Ministry of Health and Prevention.

The following substances are included in schedule B:

• 133 a. 4-MEC (all of the isomers 2-, 3- and 4-methyl-N-ethylcathinone)
• 163 a. MPPP (all of the isomers 2-, 3- and 4-methyl-α-pyrrolidinopropiophenone)
• 167 a. N-ethylbuphedrone (2-ethylamino-1-phenylbutan-1-one)

As of 27 October 2011, these substances may only be imported or exported if the Danish Medicines Agency has issued a certificate for each individual shipment.

This means that these three substances can solely be used for medical or scientific purposes.
