Both medicine users in general and persons participating in a clinical trial have access to claiming compensation.
As a rule, you cannot claim compensation for minor side effects or side effects that are described in the package leaflet.
If you experience unknown side effects or side effects that are more serious than expected, we urge you to contact the Danish Patient Insurance Association, thereby enabling them to assess your case (also if the side effect appears from the package leaflet).
