Mutual recognition procedure 2012

Under the mutual recognition procedure (MRP) there is a national authorisation in an EU (EEA) country beforehand. The reference member state (RMS) is responsible for completion of the mutual recognition procedure and the scientific assessment of the application.

Status for 2012 up to and including 4th quarter:

Denmark is the reference member state for 24 initiated MRP procedures, which is 9 % of all initiated mutual recognition procedures in 2012.
