Fees for medical devices in 2015

The fees for medical devices have been adjusted in accordance with Danish Government regulations, including the fees for registration of manufacturers and devices, importers and distributors, assessment of applications for the authorisation for clinical investigation of medical devices, and amendments to investigations, as well as supervision and control of notified bodies in Denmark.
The Ministry of Health has issued the following executive orders (in Danish only):
- Executive order no. 1546 of 18 December 2014 on fees for medical devices
- Executive order no. 1460 of 18 December 2014 on fees for importers and distributors of medical devices
These executive orders repeal executive order no. 1572 of 16 December 2013 and executive no. 1574 of 18 December 2013.
The executive orders became effective on 1 January 2015.
