Application for parallel import/parallel trade – cases awaiting a reply from export country

Before we can review an application for parallel import/parallel trade, we must receive a reply from the export country. Unfortunately, we cannot say how long it will take before we receive this reply.  

This table shows the applications for which a reply from the export country is still awaited. Once a reply has been received, the case will no longer appear on the list. Please bear in mind that even though a reply has been received from the export country, the export country might not have answered all questions sufficiently, which means we may have to make an inquiry of the export country again. If so, the case will reappear on the list.

The applications will be on the list until the export country has submitted an answer.

The case numbers represent anonymised applications known only to the applicant and the Danish Medicines Agency. The Danish Medicines Agency will inform the applicant when the application has been completed.
