Medical gases

We impose requirements on gases which are assessed to fall under the definition of a medicinal product (medical gases). These requirements and provisions are described in the Danish Executive Order no. 1318 of November 2007 on medical gases¹ and concerns e.g.:

• distribution of medical gases,
• the companies’ handling of gases,
• application to us for authorisation sell medical gases by retail,
