Duty to inform

Companies' duty to inform:

Companies covered by the rules on relationships and financial support have a duty to inform healthcare professionals about the rules on relationships and/or financial support, including: 

– whether the Danish Medicines Agency must be notified of the relationship or whether the relationship requires prior permission from the Danish Medicines Agency

– that the Danish Medicines Agency must be notified of financial support if provided abroad or of an international nature provided in Denmark

Companies also have a duty to inform the healthcare professionals about the list on the Danish Medicines Agencies website, where their information about a relationship and/or financial support will be published.
