Applications for compassionate use permits on weekdays between Christmas and New Year

The Danish Medicines Agency will be closed over Christmas and New Year, reopening on 3 January 2022.

During this period, we will, however, handle urgent applications for compassionate use permits (applications for dispensing of non-marketed medicines).

Doctors, dentists or veterinarians can send electronic applications by means of their NemID employee signature or by fax to +45 4488 9117, marking the application URGENT.

We will also be answering questions about compassionate use permits by telephone on +45 2323 9275 or by email to compassionate use permits from 27 to 30 December, 10:00 to 15:00.
