Deadline for receipt of applications for company authorisations in 2024: 13 December 2024

Applications for company authorisations must reach us by 13 December 2024 for the review to begin before Christmas. 

Applications received after this date will be considered received on 2 January 2025. 

Fee rates and exceptions

Applications that are subject to a fee in 2024 and are received on or before 31 December 2024 will incur the application fee in effect for 2024. 

Applications to terminate a company authorisation in 2024 that are received on or before 31 December 2024 and meet the conditions for immediate approval will be considered received in 2024, even if the authorisation is not officially terminated until 2025. No annual fee will thus be charged for the authorisation in 2025. 

Closing days of the Danish Medicines Agency

The Danish Medicines Agency will be closed from 24 December 2024 to 1 January 2025, inclusive.
