Changes to the Cannabis Flower Monograph – Now Open for Public Consultation
The European Pharmacopoeia is currently updating the monograph for Cannabis Flower. The proposed changes are now available for public consultation in Pharmeuropa Online, Issue 37.4.
Deadline for comments: 31 December 2025
We encourage relevant manufacturers and professionals to review the proposed changes and submit constructive comments. Please note that only the changes made to the monograph are open for commenting. Comments should preferably be supported by data, which will be treated confidentially by the expert group responsible for the monograph.
Comments must be submitted in English. To facilitate the preparation of comments, the following template may be used:

- Subscribe to specific monographs: For example, Cannabis Flower (monograph number 3028).
- Subscribe to specific expert groups: For example, Group 13B, responsible for the Cannabis Flower monograph and currently working on monographs for cannabis extracts and tinctures, or Group 11, which has previously consulted on the cannabidiol monograph.
