Important Information Regarding Medicine Price and Product Range Changes Between Christmas and New Year 2025

The Danish Medicines Agency will be closed from Wednesday, 24 December 2025, through Thursday, 1 January 2026. During this period, no support will be provided in connection with the submission of price and product range changes.

The last day with normal support is Monday, 22 December, from 9:00–15:00 by phone at +45 44 88 96 94 or by Send an email.
Limited support will be available on Tuesday, 23 December, during which submitted price and product range data will be processed.

Submission deadlines remain unchanged: Submissions can be made from Monday, 8 December after 20:00 until Monday, 22 December before 20:00. Accepted submissions will take effect on Monday, 5 January 2026.

As the Danish Medicines Agency is closed on 25 and 26 December, the preliminary information for subscribers to Erhverv Medicinpriser will be available on Tuesday, 23 December, during the evening. The same applies to the preliminary ABC classification, which will be released to companies on DKMAnet. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide an exact release time.
