Are you running clinical trials? You can now activate e-mail notifications in CTIS
EMA has recently rolled out a new CTIS improvements that enables users to subscribe to email notifications from CTIS.
Notifications regarding notices and alerts in CTIS are sent directly to the user’s email address.
One email notification is sent per day, typically during the night, containing a consolidated list of the notices and alerts received in CTIS over the past 24 hours. Users remain responsible for actively monitoring notifications in CTIS. This is necessary to ensure timely awareness of time-sensitive tasks on the same day, such as incoming Requests for Information (RFIs).
By default, CTIS users are unsubscribed from email notifications. To subscribe, users must activate the relevant slider under their personal CTIS profile.
Once the feature is activated, the setting applies uniformly to all notices and alerts associated with the user’s CTIS role(s).
