Privacy policy for the Medicintjek app

The Danish Medicines Agency's Medicintjek app available from Apple's Appstore and Google Play uses your phone's camera to scan barcodes.

When you use your telephone's camera to scan barcodes, the data on those scans are stored no place else than in the Medicinetjek app on your phone. You can delete these data any time by uninstalling the app on your phone.

The Danish Medicines Agency, our IT suppliers and partners do not receive any personally identifiable data in connection with your use of the app. No transfer of personal data thus takes place.
