Form for Conflicts of interests

You must complete a declaration of interests form if you are to offer advice to the Danish Medicines Agency.
The assessment of interests is based on the provisions of the Danish Public Administration Act regarding impartiality, and the Danish Medicines Act requires that medical experts offering advice to the Danish Medicines Agency update the declaration of interests form annually.
