Mutual recognition procedure 2023
Under the mutual recognition procedure (MRP) there is a national authorisation in an EU (EEA) country beforehand. The reference member state (RMS) is responsible for completion of the mutual recognition procedure and the scientific assessment of the application.
Status for 2023 up to and including 2nd quarter: Denmark has initiated 11 human MRP procedures and 1 veterinary MRP procedure, which is respectively 8 % and 0 % of all assigned MRP procedures in 2023.
