Rules for the publication of a relationship

The list of doctors, nurses, dentists, proprietary pharmacists and prescribing pharmacists who have a relationship with a company provides information on:

• proprietary pharmacists having a relationship with a pharmaceutical or medical device company
• doctors having a relationship with a pharmaceutical or medical device company or a store specialised in the sale of medical devices
• nurses having a relationship with a medical device company
• dentists having a relationship with a pharmaceutical or medical device company
• prescribing pharmacists having a relationship with a pharmaceutical company

The list shows the person's name, profession, workplace address (primary workplace) as well as health professionals´ registration ID.

Note that the health professionals´ registration ID is not confidential or private information. Health professionals´ registration ID are available from the the online register of health professionals´ This information ensures easy identification of the health professionals.

The Danish Medicines Agency publishes information on relationships pursuant to section 202c of the Danish Health Act.

The specific rules on publication of relationships are laid down in the Danish executive order no. 693 of 3 July 2019 on healthcare professionals’ relationships with pharmaceutical and medical device companies and stores specialised in the sale of medical devices (in Danish only).
