Companies can now apply for authorisation to produce cannabis bulk and cannabis primary products

On 1 July 2018, a new executive order entered into force which gives companies the possibility of cultivating cannabis for medicinal use and producing cannabis bulk and cannabis primary products from Danish-grown cannabis.
The new rules are introduced as part of the four-year medicinal cannabis pilot programme, which was launched on 1 January 2018.
