The deadline for receipt of applications for company authorisations is 22 December in 2021

Your application for a company authorisation must be received by 22 December 2021. Any application received after that will be considered received on 3 January 2022.

Any application subject to a fee in 2021 received on or before 31 December 2021 will be invoiced according to the application fees in force for 2021.

Exemption if company application is terminated

Any application to terminate a company authorisation in 2021 received on or before 31 December 2021, provided it fulfils the conditions for termination, will be considered received in 2021, regardless of whether the authorisation is terminated in 2021 or 2022. No annual fee will thus be charged for the authorisation in 2022.

Closing days of the Danish Medicines Agency

The Danish Medicines Agency will be closed from 24 December 2021 to 2 January, both days included.
