Deadline for receipt of applications for company authorisations is 15 December in 2023

Your application for a company authorisation must reach us by 15 December 2023 for the review to start before Christmas.

Any application received after that will be considered received on 2 January 2024.

Fee rates and exceptions

Applications subject to a fee in 2023 and received on or before 31 December 2023 will be invoiced according to the application fees in force for 2023.

An application to terminate a company authorisation in 2023 received on or before 31 December 2023, provided it fulfils the conditions for termination, will be considered received in 2023, regardless of whether the authorisation is terminated in 2023 or 2024. No annual fee will thus be charged for the authorisation in 2024. 

Closing days of the Danish Medicines Agency

The Danish Medicines Agency will be closed from 23 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, both days included.
