Decisions by the Danish Medicines Agency - letters sent to companies

On 16 January 2009, the Danish Medicines Agency made a decision on the future reimbursement status of medicinal products for cardiovascular disease (ATC groups C02, C03, C07, C08 and C09).
In the factbox to the right, you can find links to the letter containing the actual decision as well as the appendices which the Danish Medicines Agency has sent to companies holding a marketing authorisation for medicinal products comprised by the change.
One pharmaceutical company filed a complaint about our decision with the Danish Ministry of the Interior and Health. You can find a link to the decision made in the complaint case in the factbox to the right (in Danish only).
