There are many different types of medicine – in addition to the most common and widely used medicines for human use bought at pharmacies.
The requirements for these types of medicine deviate to some extent from the standard requirements for medicines. For example, documentation or proof that a natural medicinal product works is not a requirement.
Some types of medicine can cause drowsiness and may affect the ability to drive or use dangerous machines. Such medicines are labelled with a red warning triangle. Here you can read more about these types of medicine.
