Deadlines to apply for the issuance of import or export certificates for euphoriant substances before Christmas

Applications for import/export certificates submitted via NDS Web must reach us by 16 December 2022 to be reviewed before Christmas.

Applications submitted in any other way must reach us by 9 December 2022 to be reviewed before Christmas.

Any applications submitted after 22 December will be considered received on 2 January 2022.

Applications subject to a fee in 2022 and received on or before 31 December 2022 will be invoiced according to the application fees in force for 2022.

Certificates sent by post

Applications for certificates that need to be sent by post before Christmas must reach us 5 days (NDS WEB submissions) and 10 days (other submissions) prior to PostNord’s deadlines for Christmas deliveries if you need the certificates before Christmas. The Danish Medicines Agency sends certificates as Quick letters.

Closing days of the Danish Medicines Agency

The Danish Medicines Agency will be closed from 24 December 2022 to 1 January 2023, both days included.
