Applications for compassionate use permits on weekdays between Christmas and New Year

The Danish Medicines Agency is closed between Christmas and New Year, up to and including 1 January 2024.

During this period, we will, however, handle urgent applications for compassionate use permits (applications for dispensing of non-marketed medicines).

Doctors, dentists or veterinarians can send electronic applications by means of their MitID employee signature or scanned and signed by email to udleveringstilladelser@dkma.dk. marking the application URGENT.

We will also be answering questions about compassionate use permits by telephone on +45 4488 9536 or by email to udleveringstilladelser@dkma.dk from 27 to 29 December, 10:00 to 15:00.
