Non-disclosure agreement

The Danish Medicines Agency can impose a duty of confidentiality on persons outside the public administration with regard to confidential information that we pass on to the person concerned.
You must complete a non-disclosure agreement if we deem it necessary in connection with you gaining access to confidential information in the Danish Medicines Agency. This may be the case eg., if you carry out tasks for the Danish Medicines Agency and in that regard gain access to our IT systems.
