Responding to inquiries from the media is a major priority at the Danish Medicines Agency. We strive to be open and available when journalists contact us, and we respond as quickly as we can within our opening hours. We are open for press inquiries on weekdays between 08.30 and 15.30.
If it is a matter of urgent importance for patient safety, we also answer calls outside normal openings hours.
