If you are not sure who at the Danish Medicines Agency can answer your question, our Information Centre can help you.

The Information Centre can answer a range of inquiries straight away.

If the inquiry is very complicated or concerns the review of a specific case, the Information Centre can help refer you to the relevant division or employee. The Information Centre has an overview of the tasks of each specific division and the employees’ schedules.

Calls

We take calls during normal opening hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30-15:30 on +45 44 88 95 95.

Emails

The Information Centre handles all incoming emails on the same day (if received before 15:00, Monday to Friday).

If you have not received an answer on the following working day, it’s because your inquiry has been referred to a specific division in the Danish Medicines Agency. You can expect to receive a reply from the division within 14 days.

Inquiries sent to the Danish Medicines Agency’s e-Boks or submitted through the contact form on the website are dealt with as quickly as emails.
