Emergency Forms for Notification in Case of Technical Problems with DKMAnet

Emergency forms may only be used if, due to technical problems, it is not possible to submit price and product notifications via DKMAnet.

Before using an emergency form, you must have a prior agreement with Medicine Prices. You can contact DKMAnet Support by telephone at +45 4488 9694.
 
There are four types of emergency forms, depending on the type of notification:

  • Notification of price changes
  • Notification of new medicine packs or reintroductions
  • Notification of deactivation, pack removal, phase-out, or deregistration
  • Notification of “Other changes” (not price changes)

The forms are provided as Excel files and contain one or more sheets, always including an instruction sheet explaining how to complete the form.

The emergency form must be received by Medicine Prices before the reporting deadline and may only be submitted after prior agreement. The emergency form must be sent to: Send an email
