Notification of prices in connection with advertising

Companies must submit their price notification in connection with advertising in the cases described in section 3.3 of the following guidelines:

• Guidelines on the notification of prices and product ranges for human medicinal products (VEJ no. 9400 of 11/07/2022) (Danish)

• Guidelines on the notification of prices and product ranges for veterinary medicinal products (VEJ no. 9401 of 11/07/2022) (Danish)

The price notification must be sent to the Danish Medicines Agency by e-mail to: Send an email

If you are unsure about which information must be submitted as part of the price notification, you are welcome to contact Medicinpriser at the same e-mail address.

Please note: The price notification is not considered valid until the company has received a confirmation from Medicinpriser.
