The Danish Pharmacy Act

The Danish Pharmacy Act lays down the requirements for conducting pharmacy activities in Denmark, including the conditions under which pharmacy licenses are granted.

The Act also establishes the assignments that pharmacies are responsible for carrying out as well as the conditions for establishing, moving and closing pharmacy units.

Finally, the Act contains provisions on regulatory inspection and control of pharmacies.
