Pharmacy licences

If you want to set up or run a pharmacy, you must have a licence from us for this purpose.

You must send your application for an available licence to us. We will evaluate all the applicants and decide which applicant we consider best suited for the relevant licence.

We will invite the other applicants to comment on the preferred applicant, and following this consultation, we will decide which applicant should be granted the available licence.
